An article by Steven C. Hayes called “What If You Didn’t Need to Feel Better to Live Better?” is about whether or not if one needs to feel mentally stable in order to live a better physical life. To which I agree that one needs to be mentally healthy in order to become physically healthy as well.
Speaking for myself, if one desired to live a life more peaceful; therefore one must become more secure within his or her mental health. For example, Hayes states “[t]he more we begin to organize our lives around not feeling certain things, the more we numb ourselves, and the more our lives shrink”. Another thing on which to take note in, “[y]ou have to get rid of this first. You have to feel better before you can move forward” (Hayes). Therefore, one must remove all the negative energy and thoughts in order to remain secure within to have everlasting peace and stability within the chaos of this world.
On the final note, I believe the only way to live a peaceful life is be content within one's mind.

(I, a lover of all things miniature, am intrigued by this concept.) "Mini books are designed to be consumed in one or two sittings, which is exactly what today’s busy readers love” (Thompson).
