"A Long Time Ago In A Galaxy Far, Far Away."

Friday everyone, I just finished the "Troops (1997) Star Wars", I would highly recommended to those who appreciate a comedy film or just spending time with friends; whilst watching a film upbeat together. Star Wars films are distinguished and well loved throughout fans worldwide. Therefore, I believe this parody was brilliant; especially taking on great assignment such as a notable epic saga franchise.
Star Wars is an space opera franchise created by George Lucas, where it pursues the battle between the Rebel Alliance and the Galactic Empire. Stormtroopers are intimidating military soldiers of the Galactic Empire, they are also ruthless towards to residents. They are under the authority of menacing Darth Vader. However, in this parody; improbable not the case. Alternatively, the Stormtrooper seem plausible and engaging towards the residents; rather than cruel towards them which they are notorious for. Stormtroopers are often presented as law enforcement throughout the galaxy, maintaining the chaos of war.
Overall, I would highly recommend this comical short film. Only for the enjoyment of cleverness of directors' concept of the daily routine of the "ferocious" Stormtroopers. This was only the beginning of the parodies, over 25 version and variance had been manufactured throughout the years. Despite this, the cycle will always be refreshed; throughout generations. Star Wars films have been prosperous, with parodies corresponding in popularly as well. On the final note, I think both concept of Star Wars, either the original or even a whimsical rendition; are genius production. ~Thank you again, and Happy Labor Day weekend! "Technology, the Cause of Possible Mutilation and the Murder of Small Talk"

Today I read "Technology, the Cause of Possible Mutilation and the Murder of Small Talk" , which is about the harsh reality of modern use of technology. I couldn't agree more with Ijeoma Anaka, who is the author of this article. Not only does technology, such as iPhones, Laptops, and etc damage our social skills, but also our ability to communicate with others. Studies have also shown that not only does technology have a negative affect on one's social skills, but also along with one's physical health. For example, after being engrossed digital activities for extended time period. When one is regularly bending their neck downward, which puts stress upon one's neck, shoulder, and their spine. One might even develop a condition known as "Text Neck" or "Smartphone Slump", observed the photo below. Yet despite this, this s a modern postural condition is treatable; either with surgery or practice proper posture exercises. Also...

Spooky Season is Upon Us.

Today, as I felt the first chill of autumn, I took delight in knowing that the spooky season is right around the corner. I usually find myself enjoying a cup of coffee, whilst reading a eerie story such as this one around this time of year. For my "first" blog, I decided to read "The Sound a Rabbit Might Make" by Bruce McAllister. This story left me pondering what would happen next. Would he actually kill his girlfriend and her lover...or was he just delirious? Was he driven crazy by the death of his rabbit? I believe the death of the rabbit reminded the narrator of the death of his recently deceased daughter. Rabbits are often seen as innocent and gentle creatures, therefore they are a good symbolize of childhood and innocence. The narrator briefly mentions the pet rabbit he had as a young child, whilst his parents were still together. Sadly, however, once his parents separated, his beloved bunny went missing and was never seen again. Does this mean his c...
